Thach Son hamlet has 326 households, including 7 poor households and 10 near-poor households, with more than 1,300 people; the Party cell has 48 party members, the Front Working Committee has 7 members, and there are 11 self-management groups. The people are diligent, hard-working, dynamic in business, actively work in production, help and support each other in economic activities, improve labor productivity, create jobs, bring in income, stabilize life; the village and neighborhood relationship is increasingly united and close-knit.

Over the past year, the cadres and people of Thach Son hamlet have actively developed economic models, applied scientific and technological advances to production, and invested in cultivation to increase crop and livestock productivity. Thanks to that, people's lives have gradually stabilized, with an average income estimated at 66 million VND/person/year; the number of households with good economic performance has increased, and the number of poor households has decreased to 1.1%.
