During the 2 days, over 200 propaganda and mass mobilization cadres at the commune level will be trained in 9 topics including: Overview of the Party's propaganda and mass mobilization work in the current situation; political theory education and revolutionary tradition education at the grassroots level; implementing democracy at the grassroots level; mass mobilization work in ethnic minority and religious areas; professional work of oral propaganda, agitation and grasping public opinion; activities of the steering committee to protect the Party's ideological foundation, fight against erroneous and hostile views; science and art work at the grassroots level; process of building a "Smart Mass Mobilization" model and methods of grasping the people's situation; application of digital transformation to explore and exploit zalo OA "TG&DV Tuyen Quang".
Through the conference, it helps to consolidate the theoretical foundation, improve the capacity to advise and organize propaganda and mass mobilization activities at the grassroots level; enhance the ability to grasp and reflect the ideological situation, public opinion and process information promptly and effectively. The training course is also important in promoting digital transformation in the grassroots political system, helping cadres to become familiar with and effectively exploit digital tools in propaganda work, interact with people and manage information.
From there, build a team of solid and professional grassroots cadres, meeting the requirements of propaganda and mass mobilization tasks in the period of promoting digital transformation and integration.
