Focus on solutions to ensure key dyke points

Through a review before this year's rainy and stormy season, Tho Xuan district has 34 key dike locations, of which 4 key dike locations require key protection plans to be developed. In Nong Cong district, there are 6 key dike locations that require key plans to be developed and 20 locations that require protection plans to be developed.

The leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development requested Tho Xuan and Nong Cong districts to review and complete the natural disaster prevention plan at key dike routes, ensuring it is suitable to the actual situation; organize the clearing of dike slopes, ensure the flow and flood drainage; when floods exceed the design frequency, proactively evacuate people to safe areas. Along with that, the districts must implement the "4 on-site" motto in flood and storm prevention to ensure proactiveness and minimize damage when situations occur.
