Concentrate resources to complete Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 by the end of 2028

(PLVN) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested relevant agencies to focus resources to strive to complete the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 Project by the end of 2028.

The Government Office has just issued an official dispatch conveying Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's direction on the progress of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 construction investment project.

According to the Official Dispatch, considering the Submission of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the Pre-Feasibility Study Report of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 Construction Investment Project, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested the Ministry of Construction , Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and relevant agencies to focus resources, accelerate the project implementation progress, complete compensation, support and resettlement work in June 2026, and strive to complete the project by the end of 2028.

According to the Report of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee , the Ring Road 4 construction project is part of a group of important national projects implemented in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai province, Binh Duong province, Long An province and Ba Ria - Vung Tau province .

The total length of the route is about 159.31km, including the part in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province 18.23km long; Dong Nai 46.08km; Ho Chi Minh City 20.5km; Long An 74.5km.
