Focus on propaganda about the 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

According to the plan, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will carry out propaganda on the following contents: Promoting propaganda on Ho Chi Minh's ideology on patriotic emulation, the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on emulation and rewards in the fields of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Propaganda about the emulation movement launched by the Prime Minister : "All people unite to build a cultural life"; "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning in the period 2023-2030"; "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to practice office culture";

"The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas"; "The whole country joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind"; "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025"; extensive emulation movements in the fields of culture, sports and tourism to all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in agencies and units associated with the theme "Resolute in goals, unleashing resources, sustainable development";

Propagating innovation in emulation and reward work, innovating the content and form of emulation, methods of considering rewards fairly, publicly, transparently and promptly; applying digital transformation in management, emulation assessment and communication about emulation;

Focus on promoting the 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; commending and recognizing the achievements of the patriotic emulation movement in the fields of culture, sports and tourism;

Expanding many forms of propaganda and praising advanced models, new factors, good people, good deeds, good, creative and effective ways of doing things in the fields of culture, sports and tourism on mass media, contributing to encouraging and motivating collectives and individuals to compete to successfully complete development goals and tasks in the fields of culture, sports and tourism, while creating an exciting atmosphere to celebrate major anniversaries of the year; welcoming the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress in 2025.

Implementation period (expected) from July to September 2025.

The activity is chaired by the Department of Organization and Personnel, in coordination with relevant agencies and units, to strengthen information and propaganda work on the meaning, role and importance of the patriotic emulation movement in the development of the culture, sports and tourism sector; to arouse patriotism, national pride, social responsibility and emulation consciousness of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole sector;

Encourage cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole industry to actively respond to emulation movements, honor and spread typical advanced examples, good people - good deeds, new models - good practices in the fields of culture, sports and tourism; create strong motivation for collectives and individuals to continue to make efforts and innovate in their work, contributing to the successful completion of the industry's political tasks.

In addition, this activity also aims to enhance the effectiveness of policy communication, promote information on the Party and State's policies related to emulation and reward work, contribute to orienting public opinion and creating consensus in society;

Linking propaganda activities with digital transformation, applying information technology, effectively using modern media platforms to expand the scope of reach; at the same time contributing to creating a vibrant and practical competitive atmosphere to achieve achievements to welcome the 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, towards the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress in 2025.
