Tay Ninh implements legal support plan for small and medium enterprises

Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Plan to implement legal support activities for small and medium enterprises in the last months of 2025.

The main objective of the plan is to help businesses promptly grasp legal regulations and remove difficulties in production and business activities.

According to the plan, the key objective is to help businesses promptly grasp legal regulations, remove difficulties in production and business activities; at the same time, improve the effectiveness of state management by law, improve the provincial competitiveness index (PCI) and create a favorable investment environment.

The Provincial People's Committee requires that legal support work must be carried out with focus, on schedule, publicly and transparently; and coordination between state agencies, business representative organizations and legal service providers must be enhanced.

In the last months of the year, the province will focus on the following activities: Updating the legal database and regularly posting it on the provincial electronic information portal and connecting with the national database; supporting legal consultancy costs for small and medium enterprises; guiding enterprises in exploiting legal information.

At the same time, receive and synthesize recommendations from businesses to advise and propose amendments and supplements to legal documents; survey the need for legal support and organize legal knowledge training for businesses; in addition, inspect and self-inspecte legal support work.

The implementation of the plan demonstrates Tay Ninh's determination to accompany businesses, helping small and medium enterprises improve their legal capacity, develop sustainably, and contribute positively to the province's socio -economic development./.
