Thai Nguyen: Testing the new government apparatus in Song Cong

Implementing the conclusions of the Central Committee, the Politburo , and the Secretariat on implementing a number of contents and tasks when arranging the organization and administrative units; Plan 265-KH/TU dated June 11, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committees of Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan provinces, Song Cong ward tested the operation of the new ward organization for the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Public Administration Service Center.

Delegates attending at the Bac Kan Provincial Conference Hall include Standing members of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, People's Committee, and National Assembly Delegation of Bac Kan Province.

Accordingly, Song Cong Ward (new) organized the 1st Party Executive Committee Conference, term 1, term 2025-2030; organized the 1st Session of the People's Council; the first meeting of the People's Committee and the Fatherland Front Committee of the ward; and piloted the operation of the Ward Public Administration Service Center.

The first meeting of the Ward Party Executive Committee thoroughly grasped the documents of the Central and the province; announced the decisions to establish the Song Cong Ward Party Committee; decided to appoint the Ward Party Executive Committee; the Inspection Committee; discussed and approved the working regulations of the Ward Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030; solutions to lead the implementation of socio -economic development tasks, ensure national defense, security and build the political system in the last 6 months of 2025; the entire term's work program; the plan for the first Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030...

The first session of the People's Council of Song Cong Ward (new) reviewed the following contents: Draft report of the Standing Committee of the People's Council on the establishment of committees of the People's Council; draft resolution on the establishment of specialized agencies under the People's Committee; implementation of procedures and work related to the organization, apparatus and staff of the People's Council of the ward...

Next, the People's Committee and the Fatherland Front Committee of Song Cong ward held the first meeting to deploy work contents according to the procedures and regulations for the newly established apparatus.

Along with that, the Ward Public Administration Service Center was also put into trial operation, immediately performing the task of receiving and processing administrative procedure records for people, ensuring smooth, continuous, and uninterrupted operation.

After monitoring the trial operation process of the contents in Song Cong ward, comrade Pham Hoang Son emphasized: The trial operation is a general review of all work to best prepare for the operation of the 2-level local government.

He highly appreciated Song Cong's preparations for the trial operation, and at the same time requested Song Cong ward and the (new) commune-level localities to continue to closely follow the Central's regulations to develop the operating regulations of the Executive Committee, the tasks and authority of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the commune and ward; develop resolutions, action programs and appropriate solutions, close to local realities; complete the system of directive and operational documents, develop strict and scientific working regulations right from the beginning, creating favorable conditions for the implementation process.

He suggested that the leaders of the (new) communes and wards absorb the opinions of the delegates after monitoring the trial operation in Song Cong ward, thereby drawing experience, reviewing the tasks of their localities to implement them scientifically, methodically, and in accordance with reality, ensuring unified, continuous, smooth operations, without interruption, and without gaps when the two-level local government model officially comes into operation./.
