Training on organizing congresses for grassroots Youth Union officials

On August 6, the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held a training conference on organizing congresses for grassroots-level Youth Union officials in both in-person and online formats nationwide.

Comrade Tran Diep My Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Head of the Youth Union and Youth Affairs Committee chaired the local bridge point.

At the Central bridge, comrade Nguyen Minh Triet - Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association chaired the program, with the participation of members of the Working Group serving the National Youth Union Congress, officials of the Youth Union Working Committee and youth.

At Lam Dong bridge, attending the conference were Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Youth Union; leaders of professional departments of the Provincial Youth Union and grassroots Youth Union officials.

Grassroots Youth Union officials receive instructions on Congress work

The training content includes three key topics: Propaganda work for the grassroots Youth Union Congress; orientation for program development, draft documents; and guidance on personnel procedures. Thereby, delegates are provided with answers to issues arising during the implementation process, and points to note are clarified to ensure the correct procedures, quality and progress of the Congress organization.

The conference is an important activity to thoroughly prepare for the upcoming Congresses of the Youth Union at all levels. Through training, the grassroots Youth Union staff are equipped with more knowledge, skills and initiative to organize the Congress with the best results, meeting the requirements of organizational innovation, contributing to building a united, courageous, pioneering and ambitious force in the new term.
