Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Le Thi Thai; leaders of the Department of Home Affairs, departments, branches, sectors, socio-political organizations; representatives of schools, officials and civil servants in charge of advising on state management (QLNN) on youth and gender equality in communes and wards in the province attended the discussion.

Speaking at the seminar, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Ha Thanh Tung said: After the merger, Dong Nai province has had major changes in scale, administrative boundaries, population and organizational structure. Accordingly, the work of state management on youth and gender equality also poses new requirements. Therefore, the organization of the seminar on youth work and gender equality is not only to summarize and evaluate but also aims to foster awareness, improve capacity and skills in performing public duties for the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees in charge of youth work and gender equality at all levels in the province.
The Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs hopes that the seminar will provide valuable information and important directions, contributing to improving the capacity and effectiveness of state management work on youth and gender equality in the province in the coming time.

Regarding the State management of gender equality, the program provided delegates with information on the Community Trusted Address model - a model with profound humanity, contributing to supporting and protecting women and children suffering from domestic violence, while raising social awareness of gender equality and preventing and combating gender-based violence. In addition, Dr. Cao Thi Huyen, lecturer at Dong Nai University, also informed and clarified the role of state agencies in advising and implementing policies to promote gender equality.
