On October 29, the Women's Union of Binh Hoa commune held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of 100 official delegates representing nearly 12,000 women members of the entire commune. In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Binh Hoa commune strives to annually help at least 10 households with women escape poverty, escape multidimensional near-poverty; help 20 households meet the criteria of "Family of 5 haves, 3 clean"; improve knowledge and skills for 3 women with ideas/projects to start a business, start a business, production and business households.

At the same time, strive to increase the number of members by at least 5% compared to the number of members by the end of the term; guide and support 1 business household owned by women to register to convert into an enterprise; build a cooperative model to develop livelihoods applying science and technology; establish 1 new cooperative with women participating in management and strengthen the quality of cooperative activities established with support from the association at all levels...
