Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee dialogues with youth on November 27

On October 30, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 294/KH-UBND on organizing a dialogue program between the Chairman of the City People's Committee and young people in the city in 2025.

This event is organized to implement Youth Law No. 57/2020/QH14 and related Government Decrees on dialogue with youth.

Accordingly, the dialogue program between the Chairman of the City People's Committee and young people in 2025 will take place on November 27, 2025.

The main purpose is for the leaders of the City People's Committee to directly listen to the recommendations and proposals of young people, promptly direct the resolution and removal of difficulties and obstacles related to the legitimate rights and interests of young people. At the same time, this is an opportunity to disseminate policies to support and develop young people and for young people to contribute ideas to build and develop the Capital.

The theme of the 2025 Dialogue Conference is: “Youth of the Capital: Arousing aspirations - pioneering creativity - acting responsibly”. The dialogue content will focus on questions, proposals, and recommendations from youth, as well as issues for youth to discuss, contribute ideas, and demonstrate their pioneering role in participating in socio -economic development.

The main groups of issues include: Building a healthy educational environment for children and adolescents; developing youth into digital citizens; the mission of youth in the development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; youth economic development; international integration and exchange.

The dialogue is expected to have about 250 participants, including representatives of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Central Youth Union Secretariat, departments, branches, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city and socio-political organizations; officials of the City Youth Union, Vietnam Youth Union at all levels, representatives of Associations, clubs and outstanding youth of the capital in various fields.

The City People's Committee requests agencies, units, and localities, especially the Department of Home Affairs and the Hanoi Youth Union, to urgently deploy preparations, synthesize opinions, and develop content so that the dialogue conference takes place in a secure, safe, economical, and most effective manner.
