- During the 2020-2025 term, Party committees and inspection committees at all levels in Chi Lang district have focused on seriously and closely implementing Resolution No. 41, dated August 5, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership in the inspection of Party organizations and Party members when there are signs of violations (DHVP), period 2021 - 2025. Thereby, positive results have been achieved, contributing significantly to the work of building a strong Party.
Unlike the previous term (when inspections were not conducted when there were DHVPs), in this 2020-2025 term, the Party Inspection Committee of Quan Son commune conducted inspections when there were DHVPs on 1 party organization and 4 party members. In which, the inspected party organization was the Lang Ha village Party Cell, the inspection content was the implementation of the working regulations of the party cell.
Similar to Quan Son, the 2020-2025 term is also the first term that the Party Committee and the Party Inspection Committee of Dong Mo town have conducted inspections when there are DHVP. Ms. Nong Thi Hop, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Party Inspection Committee of Dong Mo town, said: In order to raise awareness of inspection and supervision work in general and inspection when there are DHVP in particular, from the beginning of the term, the Party Committee of the town has proactively organized and fully implemented the resolutions, directives and guiding documents of the Central and the province on inspection work, especially Resolution No. 41. Accordingly, from 2021 to present, the Party Committee and the Party Inspection Committee have conducted DHVP inspections of 2 party organizations and 5 party members.
Like Quan Son or Dong Mo town, in the 2020-2025 term, inspection work when there is a DHVP has been strongly deployed, becoming a spearhead in inspection work at Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels in the area. According to statistics, from 2021 to now, Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels of the district have inspected 41 Party organizations (achieving 256.3% of the target of Resolution No. 41) and 102 Party members (achieving 131% of the target). Compared to the 2015-2020 term, there was an increase of 38 Party organizations and 85 Party members. These are impressive numbers, reflecting the active participation, not afraid of collision, not avoiding of the inspection agencies.
“Implementing Resolution No. 41 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party committees and Party Inspection Commissions at all levels of Chi Lang district have implemented it methodically and extensively, bringing the Resolution into reality. With strong participation, the number of inspections when there are DHVP has increased sharply compared to the previous term, exceeding the set target. Importantly, through this work, violations and mistakes have been promptly detected early, prevented from afar, and prevented from accumulating into major mistakes; contributing to maintaining strict discipline and order of the Party.” Mr. Le Tri Thuc, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission |
Some inspections that have received public attention include: inspections of party organizations and party members related to the leadership and direction of local military service in Lien Son commune; financial management and use at the District Health Center; the purchase and sale of documents occurring at the 2021 provincial specialist exam; implementation of regulations on awarding Party badges in Gia Loc commune. Through inspections, violations were promptly detected and disciplinary action and warnings were taken against party organizations and party members in accordance with regulations. Specifically, through inspections when there were DHVP, 9 party organizations had violations, of which 3 party organizations had violations to the extent that disciplinary action was required (3 party organizations were disciplined); 43 party members had violations, of which 27 party members had violations to the extent that disciplinary action was required (27 party members were disciplined).
In order to focus on effectively implementing inspection work when there is DHVP, in the past time, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee and the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission have fully grasped the guiding documents on this work, proactively developed programs and plans for key and focal inspections, and assigned the number of inspections when there is DHVP to affiliated party organizations. The spirit of the inspections is determined not to "nitpick" but to "proactively prevent and focus on construction".
Mr. Hoang Xuan Anh, Chairman of the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission, shared: In order to raise awareness and improve professional skills for cadres in charge of inspection and supervision in general and inspection when there are DHVP in particular, we have organized training and refresher courses, thereby organizing 28 courses for more than 900 delegates to participate. The District Party Committee's Inspection Commission also coordinated, came to guide, assist, and directly "hold hands and show" cadres doing this work at the Inspection Commissions of grassroots Party Committees. At the same time, to identify and detect DHVP, the Inspection Commissions at all levels in the area also regularly monitor and supervise party organizations and party members through various information channels such as through reports, through complaints and denunciations, or through information from cadres and leaders in charge of the grassroots area.
It can be seen that the focus on implementing Resolution No. 41 has created positive changes in inspection work when there are DHVP. Through this, violations have been promptly detected and strictly handled, helping party member organizations recognize limitations and shortcomings, and propose plans to overcome and correct them. Thereby contributing to strengthening the trust of cadres, party members, and people, affirming the Party's determination to maintain discipline and strictness, fight against ideological, political , moral, and lifestyle degradation as well as fight against corruption, negativity, and waste. During the past term, Chi Lang district basically achieved and exceeded the set targets, the economic and social situation developed stably, security and order were ensured, and the political system was consolidated and strengthened.
In the coming time, Party committees and Party Inspection Commissions at all levels will continue to focus on strictly implementing inspection work when there are DHVP, so that this work can truly be a sharp spearhead, contributing to protecting and preserving the purity and strength of the Party.
