Some localities have built land accumulation models with areas of 15 hectares or more such as: Ngu Hung (4 models), Ngo Quyen (4 models), Tan Trao (2 models), Hong Phong (2 models)... Land accumulation models in Thanh Mien mainly cultivate rice.

The accumulation of land for cultivation has helped households focus on investment, applying scientific and technical advances in production, limiting the area of abandoned fields. Compared to small-scale production, concentrated production brings economic value 1-2 times higher.

Thanh Mien district is maintaining a policy of supporting 50% of seed prices for these concentrated production areas.
