Youth and officials of the Vietnam Youth Union contribute ideas to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam affirmed: The draft document to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress has been carefully and methodically prepared, and is the crystallization of the intelligence and creativity of the entire Party, people and army.

In the process of preparing for the youth to comment on the draft documents of the Congress, the Central Youth Union channels posted more than 2,000 news and propaganda articles, organized more than 900 online and in-person conferences, and recorded about 70,000 comments from union members and youth through the chatbot system.

Comrade Nguyen Tuong Lam hopes that delegates with a high sense of responsibility and youthful creativity will contribute their heartfelt and profound opinions to the draft document. From here, the Central Youth Union Secretariat will synthesize the opinions into a general report to be sent to the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission on schedule.

Speaking online at the Conference, Senior Lieutenant Khuat Viet Anh, an officer of A Luoi 2 Commune Police (Hue City Police), "Youth Living Well" Award 2025, commented: The draft document submitted to the 14th National Party Congress was carefully and scientifically prepared, clearly reflecting the nation's development aspirations in the era of integration and digital transformation, while demonstrating the mindset of closely linking socio-economic development with strengthening national defense and security.

From the perspective of the People's Public Security youth, Senior Lieutenant Khuat Viet Anh proposed adding content on national defense and security education to the draft document to emphasize the role of education, media and socio- political organizations in building awareness of national defense.

Along with that, "Youth living beautifully" in 2025 also proposed to add a specific roadmap associated with the goal of building the People's Army and People's Public Security forces by 2030, with a vision to 2045, instead of just stating general directions to facilitate the evaluation of results, determine responsibilities and concretize them into targets and emulation movements...

Regarding the work of universal health care, Master, Doctor Do Doan Bach, Institute of Cardiology (Bach Mai Hospital), Outstanding Young Vietnamese Faces of 2021 noted the limitations and challenges in the health sector in the new era. The implementation of comprehensive and inclusive digital transformation will ensure access for all classes of people, thereby improving the quality of medical examination and treatment for people.

Delegate Do Doan Bach gave comments on universal health care.

In order to further promote the role of young doctors in improving the quality of medical examination and treatment in the coming time, Dr. Do Doan Bach proposed 5 groups of solutions: removing obstacles, investing more in preventive medicine, family medicine, and grassroots medicine; developing high-quality medical resources; self-sufficiency in medical equipment production; comprehensive digital transformation in medical management and treatment; innovating financial mechanisms for health associated with mobilizing social resources.

Emphasizing that the Party and State always identify the young generation as the central subject, the vanguard force, the core to realize the aspiration to develop a prosperous country, promote the strength of great national unity, journalist Phan Linh, Nhan Dan Newspaper, said: Vietnamese youth are holding many advantages to move towards the goal of "Strengthening the education of the young generation of Vietnam on revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle, patriotism, national pride, nurturing dreams, ambitions, will, aspiration to contribute, and upholding responsibility towards the country and society" as clearly stated in the draft Political Report submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

Affirming that today's youth are not indifferent to politics, and even always want to be present in important and sacred events, and to be immersed in the historical flow of the nation, journalist Phan Linh proposed adding content to comprehensively innovate the education of the young generation of Vietnam in the direction of shifting from one-way education to practical education, with dialogue - receiving - listening to the opinions of young people; increasing empowerment for young people to encourage the mindset of "dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility" as a way to sow "red seeds" in young people.
