The 2025 Rural Youth Entrepreneurship Project Competition is organized annually by the Central Youth Union to encourage young people to promote their entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to the construction of a modern and sustainable agricultural economy . Since then, many potential ideas have been supported to be implemented, forming new production models, applying technology to agriculture and creating jobs for young workers. The competition not only arouses the entrepreneurial spirit in young people but also expands cooperation and connection opportunities between young people and the business community.
Spreading positive educational messages
As artificial intelligence and social networks increasingly influence the way children learn, communicate and develop their personalities, cultivating “inner strength” - the spiritual strength from within, becomes more important than ever. From that concern, a group of young people Nguyen Mai Thao Tram, Dang Xuan Hai and Nguyen Thi Thuy Phuong (Ban Thach ward) established the project “Senda - Teaching confidence from inner strength”, helping children develop comprehensively, know how to love, understand and believe in themselves.
The project is designed into interactive learning programs and practical experiences, combining emotional education - life skills - positive thinking. Through classes, experiential workshops, group games and family activities, children are guided on how to control their emotions, communicate confidently and behave positively, parents accompany to understand and connect more deeply with their children. Thereby, the project not only helps children develop personally but also contributes to building positive and healthy family relationships.

Nguyen Mai Thao Tram, a project member, said: “Participating in the final round of the “Rural Youth Entrepreneurship Project 2025” competition, the team had the opportunity to meet experienced advisors, experts and judges in the fields of entrepreneurship, education and community development. Through the process of in-depth exchange, debate and consultation, the project has many valuable suggestions to improve, expand connections and explore future cooperation potential.”
Thao Tram expressed that through this liberal education model, she hopes to contribute to nurturing a young generation with strong inner strength - good skills - rich in courage, helping them to position themselves. In the coming time, the group plans to expand the project across the country, spreading the message of "education from inner strength" - the foundation for forming a young generation with confidence, courage and compassion.
Enhance the experience
The project “Community Learning Tourism” was initiated by a group of young people Dinh Le Ngoc Oanh, Ho Thi Minh Tinh and Tran Thi Duong Thanh (teachers at Son Tra High School), aiming to combine tourism with experiential education, bringing a new learning model closely linked to practice. As young teachers, the group realized that students today mainly learn theory in class, while knowledge about their homeland, environment and local culture is only truly deepened through practical experience. Therefore, the project was built to serve two subjects: Local Education and Experiential Activities - Career Guidance, helping students to both study and explore, and understand the value of their homeland.
In terms of content, the project organizes thematic study tours to craft villages, farms, eco-zones, cultural relics and residential communities in Da Nang and surrounding areas. Here, students will participate in activities such as: brocade weaving, pottery making, processing local specialties, learning about history and culture, or interacting with locals to learn life skills. Each trip is accompanied by teachers and guided by local people, creating a bridge between school knowledge and community knowledge.
In particular, the project also targets the Co Tu community in Da Nang, where many unique traditional cultural features are still preserved. Through activities such as experiencing the mirror, learning the Tan Tung Da Da dance, learning about weaving and typical cuisine, students will have the opportunity to approach more deeply the cultural life of the people, contributing to preserving and spreading the identity of ethnic minorities.
Not only is it a learning model, the project also has profound social significance when it highlights the role of the community in education and tourism. 70% of the profits from the activity will be shared with local households, contributing to improving income and creating sustainable livelihoods. Thereby, people have additional sources of income outside of agriculture and forestry, and local youth have the opportunity to work right in their hometown. Ms. Ho Thi Minh Tinh, a project member, shared that each experiential journey not only helps students understand more about their homeland, but also arouses love of work and pride in local cultural identity. As for the people, this is an opportunity for them to participate in educational activities, while increasing their income, improving their lives and preserving traditional values.
In the coming time, the group plans to expand the model for domestic and foreign tourists, and coordinate to widely deploy it in schools. The group's goal is to make "Community Learning Tourism" a sustainable direction, contributing to building a learning city, developing green tourism and spreading the spirit of entrepreneurship for the community.
