A section of DT606 route through Hung Son commune opened to traffic after landslide

DNO - The Department of Construction of Da Nang city has just informed that the management unit urgently cleared the landslide at km65+100, route DT606 (Hung Son commune) and opened a section of the road to traffic at 4:47 p.m. on October 23.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 22, at the above-mentioned route, heavy rain caused a landslide with ^600m3 of rock and soil falling onto the road, causing traffic congestion.

The unit that manages and regularly maintains the road has placed warning signs at both ends and mobilized excavators to quickly clear the road. By 5:30 p.m. on October 22, cars could pass through one by one.

However, continued heavy rain caused landslides on the slope, obstructing traffic in the early morning of October 23. The Department of Construction directed the management and maintenance unit of DT606 to deploy forces and vehicles to quickly go to the scene to fix the problem.
