With a large and diverse quantity of goods, her previous management was only in the traditional way, managing the quantity of inventory was very difficult, mainly estimating remaining and out-of-stock goods to import, recording books to calculate daily profits and losses, not to mention missing and incorrect entries which are very difficult to count. Now, thanks to technology, with just a smartphone, she can easily manage the entire store, at any time knowing the specific quantity of goods as well as calculating which items are selling well to replenish in time.

Digital economic development is a process that requires the participation of the government, people and businesses. The government builds institutions, policies, invests in digital infrastructure and creates a favorable business environment to attract investment and promote digital economic development, digital transformation in the state apparatus and digital human resource development. Businesses and people raise awareness as well as digital skills, change consumption and working habits. In particular, businesses need to innovate, actively apply digital technology to production and business activities to create new products, services and solutions.

Therefore, to achieve the goal of digital economy accounting for 40% of GRDP by 2030, the government, businesses and people in the city need to get involved and participate more strongly in the digital transformation process. In the coming time, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Tran Thi Dieu Thuy said that the city will continue to improve institutions, mechanisms and policies, focusing on building special mechanisms and incentives in scientific research and innovation; promoting innovation centers and open laboratories.

At the same time, the city advocates strongly developing digital infrastructure and digital data by investing in cloud computing technology, ensuring information security to gain people's trust when participating in the digital economy; developing shared databases, open data and enhancing data connectivity between agencies. In addition, the city will focus on developing high-quality human resources, especially in the fields of semiconductors, strategic technology, and training human resources in general schools.

The city also clearly identified supporting businesses in applying digital technology, promoting e-commerce, developing a creative startup ecosystem and attracting high-tech enterprises to invest; at the same time, paying attention to strengthening international cooperation, applying policies from Resolution 57 and newly issued policies and laws to promptly support businesses applying digital economy and digital transformation to have the opportunity to develop even more strongly in the future.
