Lai Chau City opens 2025 digital transformation training course: Equipping key staff with digital skills

On the morning of June 4, 2025, in Lai Chau city, the City's Department of Internal Affairs coordinated with the Provincial Information and Communications Technology Center to organize the opening ceremony of the "Digital Transformation Training Course in 2025". This activity is part of the plan to implement the local digital transformation program according to the direction of the Government and the People's Committee of Lai Chau province.

The training course will have 65 participants, including leaders in charge and civil servants and staff members advising on digital transformation from specialized agencies, public service units under the City People's Committee, People's Committees of communes, wards and schools in the province. This is the core force, playing a key role in deploying and applying technology to administrative activities to promote the construction of digital government at the grassroots level. The training course will take place continuously for 03 days, starting from June 4, 2025. The participants will have access to a well-designed curriculum, including 10 key topics, presented concisely and practically by experienced and specialized lecturers of the Lai Chau Provincial Center for Information Technology and Communications.

Overview of the 2025 Digital Transformation Training Class.

On the very first day, the learning atmosphere was extremely serious and exciting. The trainees showed their active absorption of new knowledge, asked many questions and actively exchanged and discussed to be able to immediately apply it to practical work and be more confident in their pioneering role in implementing digital transformation at their units. As for the teaching staff, they showed their dedication and enthusiasm throughout the process of teaching, guiding, and answering all questions, helping trainees easily grasp and practice. This training course is not only an annual training activity, but also an important stepping stone for Lai Chau city to get closer to the goal of building an effective digital government, a dynamic digital economy and a civilized digital society. In the coming time, the Department of Home Affairs and relevant agencies will continue to organize specialized training courses to update new technologies, improve digital skills, and meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable development in the digital age./.
