University of the Pacific opens international classes and welcomes new Vanuatu students

On the morning of October 15, the University of the Pacific held an opening ceremony for international classes and welcomed 15 new students from the Republic of Vanuatu to enroll in the 2025-2026 school year. The new students will study the 17th course of Business Administration and Public Administration under the school's regular training program.

School leaders presented souvenirs to Mr. Robbie Iauko, Education Attaché, Consulate General of Vanuatu in Ho Chi Minh City and Professor Nicolas Mainetti - Director of AUF Asia - Pacific region.

At the program, the school leaders pledged to accompany Vanuatu students on the path of comprehensive learning and development, equipping them with the capacity to integrate globally through training programs according to international standards and modern teaching methods. The school leaders also expressed their gratitude to the Francophone University Organization (AUF) for giving valuable scholarships to students, contributing to the development of international education .

The AUF Asia- Pacific representative acknowledged the contributions of Pacific University in the development of education and international cooperation, and awarded the school a certificate of membership of the AUF Francophone community.
