Removing difficulties for livestock slaughterhouses

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has sent a document to departments and branches to support investors of industrial livestock slaughterhouses to promptly complete procedures to put the factory into operation.

Accordingly, for the livestock and poultry slaughterhouse and processing plant of Saigon Agricultural Corporation Limited, the Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to consider supporting and facilitating the organization of inspections and acceptance of construction items for putting into use.

For An Ha livestock slaughterhouse and food processing plant, the Department of Planning and Investment shall coordinate with departments and branches to review and promptly resolve the request for a refund of the deposit; the Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall promptly review and provide complete records and documents on the request for a one-time payment of land tax for the entire lease term to implement the project; and at the same time resolve the request for a certificate of land use rights for the remaining land area.

Regarding the Xuan Thoi Thuong industrial livestock slaughterhouse, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is assigned to resolve the proposal to allow factory No. 1 to receive livestock for slaughter during the time of completing the application for an environmental license...
