As a Tay ethnic, born and raised in Muong 2 village, Xuan Giao commune, Ms. Hoe not only overcame her circumstances to stick with her profession but also became a "keeper of knowledge", contributing to spreading reading culture widely in schools and the community.

On September 1, 2012, Ms. Hoe took on the task at the library of Bao Thang High School No. 2 - at that time it was a small, simple room with few books, poor facilities, and hardly attracted readers. With the desire to change the mindset that libraries are often old and quiet places, Ms. Hoe quietly started to renovate the library from the smallest things. After 6 times of moving the reading room, many times of renovation, and investing in additional facilities, the library has gradually become more modern.

Following the digital transformation trend, Ms. Hoe spent 2 years diligently researching software, digitizing documents, and gradually modernizing the library in a friendly and smart direction. Up to now, the library of Bao Thang High School No. 2 has more than 7,000 books, fully equipped with tables and chairs, projectors, wifi, digital document search corners, and ensuring reading and learning activities according to Circular 16/2022. This is also the first high school library in the province to be recognized as meeting level 2 standards.

Not stopping at managing and developing documents, Ms. Hoe always finds ways to bring books closer to students. She actively promotes books through the school's website, the library's Facebook page, and posts book introductions on the Departmentof Education and Training's website. She advises the Board of Directors, coordinates with the Youth Union, and the Literature Group to organize activities such as: Book Festival, propaganda and communication sessions, online book introduction contests, etc., contributing to forming reading habits for students.

The school's products in the contests "Introducing Online Books" (2022) and " Lao Cai Province Reading Culture Ambassador" (2024) both won high prizes thanks to the silent but important contributions of this dedicated librarian. Not only performing her duties at her workplace, Ms. Hoe also participated in supporting many schools in and outside the province to digitally transform libraries, spreading the spirit of sharing, learning and development.

Despite being busy with her professional work, she still held the role of Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union for 4 years, Deputy Head of the Office Group for 2 years, and was the representative of the school library to participate in the national library staff festival in 2024, winning the second prize at the national level with the Lao Cai delegation. Also in 2024, the school library was recognized as meeting level 2 standards, and she was personally awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Director of the Lao Cai Department of Culture and Sports (now the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism) for her outstanding achievements in the reading culture development movement.

With more than 10 years of dedication to the profession, Ms. Ha Thi Hoe has proven that, with her passion and constant innovation, a librarian can create great values, silently cultivate knowledge and ignite the passion for reading in schools.
