'The Face Vietnam' episode 2: Vu Thu Phuong eliminates Cam Dan from Minh Trieu's team

After the relentless battle of the coaches (Coach 0) to bring the most potential candidates to their team, the top 15 best candidates of The Face Vietnam 2023 have officially been revealed and are ready to enter the race that awaits ahead. If in episode 1, the audience witnessed a fierce "confrontation" from the coaches, then in episode 2, viewers were once again surprised by the dramatic and interesting situations in the first challenge.

With a fun and energetic spirit, Coach Anh Thu's team won the first victory in the Masterclass round (the sub-round after the class), which means that Coach Anh Thu will "hold the power" to choose the order of the teams entering the main challenge.

With the challenge of filming a promotional video for a skin care product line in the main competition, each team had to play the role of characters in different scenes, combined with a "face washing dance", combined into a professional promotional video. In addition to the psychological pressure, the time limit was also a factor that strongly affected the teams when each team only had 15 minutes for 5 contestants to complete the first scene.

Each team has its own line and script, forcing the contestants to really concentrate because this is the only chance to get valuable footage for their team's video. The "unimaginable" highlight of the first challenge is that the teams have to experience the feeling of flying in the air with the surrounding scene being a large snowy mountain with a grand investment. The stunt team behind the scenes coordinates with the contestants in this competition, they have to control their fear of heights while acting in front of the camera and speaking professionally.

Coach Anh Thu has repeatedly "spoken loudly" and been strict with her contestants' shortcomings and mistakes. Coach Minh Trieu had to cry when she saw her contestants continuously falling.

However, "winning is not enough", Coach Vu Thu Phuong also showed evidence and demanded fairness for her contestants in the Masterclass round. Coach Vu Thu Phuong said that the result of "spinning the bottle" was unfair. Huong Lien was an excellent contestant who became the brand ambassador for this episode.

With the victory in the first challenge: Coach Vu Thu Phuong has preserved the number of "warriors" on her team. Coach Anh Thu and the coaching duo Minh Trieu - Ky Duyen must choose one contestant to enter the danger zone, including Cam Dan (Minh Trieu - Ky Duyen team) and Thu Huyen (Anh Thu team).

In the qualifying round, Cam Dan received a "storm" of anger from coach Vu Thu Phuong for her poor attitude. For that reason, supermodel Vu Thu Phuong decided to keep Thu Huyen, eliminating contestant Cam Dan from Minh Trieu - Ky Duyen's team.
