The province currently has 131 preschools and kindergartens, and 313 general education institutions. By promoting the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and initiative of its staff, the Education sector has successfully completed its political tasks and achieved many accomplishments in various emulation movements.
Over the years, the Education sector in Tay Ninh has seriously implemented the directives from the Central and local authorities on emulation and reward work. The sector has closely coordinated with relevant agencies to effectively organize emulation movements, focusing on "good teaching, good learning"; and has promoted the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.
Many meaningful emulation movements have been launched, such as "Building friendly schools and active students," "Education officials and employees compete to implement workplace culture," and " Tay Ninh joins forces to build new rural areas"...
To effectively implement the emulation campaign themed "Innovation and Creativity in Teaching and Learning Management" and to consider awarding commendations, the Tay Ninh Education Department has developed implementation plans and launched emulation movements throughout the sector. The emulation movement is organized practically, in phases according to the theme of the school year, and focuses on three key periods: achieving outstanding results to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20th); the founding day of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3rd); and President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19th).
In terms of professional work, to effectively implement the emulation theme "Innovation and Creativity in Teaching and Learning Management," the Department of Education and Training directs units and schools to continue innovating in teaching methods, classroom organization, and student assessment.
Over the years, the Department, in coordination with the Tay Ninh Education Union, has implemented the campaign "Every teacher is a role model of morality, self-learning, and creativity," which has been widely supported by teachers. Many teachers have strived and overcome difficulties to become exemplary role models of morality, self-learning, and creativity.
The Department strictly implements the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, linking it to work tasks and annual thematic programs. Monthly, the unit evaluates the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the 12th Central Committee on Party building and rectification, along with the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's example. Regular activities such as emulation campaigns and storytelling about Ho Chi Minh's moral example are organized during agency meetings and Party branch meetings. The study is thoroughly understood by 100% of cadres and Party members, creating positive changes in their ideology, ethics, and style.
In response to the emulation movement "Innovation and Creativity in Teaching and Learning Management" launched by the Ministry of Education and Training, the Department successfully completed its tasks for the 2020-2021 school year and was awarded the leading flag in the emulation movement by the Ministry of Education and Training.
Regarding the emulation campaign for the Culture and Social Affairs sector organized by the Provincial People's Committee, the Department excellently completed its tasks, ranking first in the sector in 2021, receiving a flag for leading the emulation movement from the Provincial People's Committee, and a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in 2022.
Over the years, the Department has received numerous commendations from the Provincial People's Committee for its achievements in the nationwide emulation movement to protect national security, local defense work, and the nationwide movement for solidarity in building a cultured life...
The Tay Ninh Education sector has actively identified, nurtured, and replicated exemplary models. Units and schools have focused on introducing dedicated groups and teachers who are passionate about their profession and innovative in teaching and learning methods.
