Here, although the candidates were officially called to the examination room to complete the procedures at 2:00 p.m., many candidates were already present from 1:15 p.m. Candidates quickly found their examination room thanks to the examination room map placed in the ground floor lobby to guide candidates to the examination room. The examination site also arranged many invigilators at various locations to guide candidates to find the examination room quite easily.
However, during the exam registration process, there were still many candidates who were late. Some candidates did not bring their exam cards, but were still allowed to register. If a candidate is more than 5 minutes late during the official exam, he/she will not be allowed to enter the exam room, which means that he/she will not be eligible for high school graduation in 2025.

During the exam registration procedure, the teachers will show the candidates their registration information and confirm it for the last time. Some candidates with incorrect registration information will be given the opportunity to correct it to ensure their rights during the exam.

One of the important contents of the exam procedure session is that the candidates are informed by the invigilator about the exam regulations. In order for candidates to comply with the regulations during the 2 exam days, the invigilator has requested that candidates must be present 20-30 minutes before each exam session to stabilize their mind before entering the exam, especially to prevent traffic jams and late arrivals, which may cause candidates to not be allowed to attend the exam.

In particular, candidates are thoroughly informed by the invigilators about the following contents: regulations on items allowed in the exam room, items prohibited from being brought into the exam room such as smartphones, smart watches, devices capable of transmitting and receiving signals, documents used for cheating on exams, etc.
The supervisor also reminded candidates that they must bring their exam card when taking the exam. However, if they forget to bring their exam card, they should not go home to get it, as this may result in them being late for the exam. In this case, candidates will be given the opportunity to sign a commitment and confirm their information to enter the exam room normally.
Tomorrow, June 26, is the first exam day of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. In the morning, candidates will take the Literature exam with a 120-minute test time, and in the afternoon, they will take the Math exam with a 90-minute test time.
