Le Ngoc Anh, Nam Son Ward (Tam Diep City) is preparing to enter her final year, majoring in culinary arts, Faculty of Tourism Economics (Ninh Binh College of Mechanics). Phan Duc Hai, a student majoring in industrial electricity, Faculty of Electricity and Refrigeration, has just entered his second year of study, in the 3-year program of Ninh Binh College of Mechanics.
