The contest seeks young people who are passionate about design and love creativity in culture and art. The contest has returned within the framework of the upcoming Miss Vietnam 2024 and exploits the theme according to 3 regions of Vietnam: North - Central - South.
The first episode of the National Cultural Costume competition has officially aired and attracted the attention of the audience. The advisory board, including prestigious and quality names, gave advice and counsel to the contestants: Director Hoang Nhat Nam and three ambassadors of the contest: Miss Thuy Tien, Luong Thuy Linh and Bao Ngoc.
Director Hoang Nhat Nam and three ambassadors of the contest, Miss Thuy Tien, Luong Thuy Linh and Bao Ngoc, became the Advisory Board of episode 1 of National Cultural Costume - Miss Vietnam 2024.
In addition, three mentor teams with high expertise and many years of experience in the profession: Van Thanh Cong - Vu Viet Ha, Pham Si Toan - Huynh Bao Toan, Nguyen Minh Cong - Tin Thai will accompany the contestants, impart knowledge and skills, and support young designers to perfect their products.
The broadcast of the National Cultural Costume of Miss Vietnam 2024 witnessed the remarkable "return" of many contestants from previous seasons.
The National Cultural Costume Design Contest organized by Sen Vang attracted attention and left many memorable impressions in the two seasons of Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 and 2023.
The contestants brought extremely unique and impressive cultural works from the three regions of North - Central - South, causing fierce competition among the coaches.
Contestant Nguyen Trung Thanh returned to the National Cultural Costume competition for the third time and brought three works: Pa then, Dieu hat than tien, Ngoa trai huyen vu, receiving many compliments from the advisory board Luong Thuy Linh along with the advice and encouragement of the mentor team. Nguyen Trung Thanh chose to join the team of mentor Nguyen Minh Cong - Tin Thai.

Contestant Quach Duong Phi with the designs Dieu poon poong, Huong sac mua ve got two choices, however designer Tin Thai used a blocking card against Van Thanh Cong - Vu Viet Ha team to win the contestant to his team.
The next designs were respectively from the team of designer duo Nguyen Minh Cong and designer Tin Thai: Moonlight procession - contestant Vu Huong Giang, Weaving - contestant Nguyen Trung Dan, Van miles of brocade - contestant Mai Hong Phuoc, Lung linh Thap Co - contestant Hoang Ky Nam, Sa bi chuong - contestant Nguyen Ngoc Quang Hao.
Contestant Truong Thanh Vy, a first-year student at Tay Do University, Can Tho, brought 2 works - Ganh hat boi, Dong Cuong De Nhi, and received 3 choices, causing the mentors to compete "tensely" to invite Thanh Vy to their team.

Team mentor Nguyen Minh Cong - Tin Thai hoped that Thanh Vy would choose a team that could see her strengths and weaknesses to develop, but was immediately refuted by the designer duo Song Toan, " Because there is no time to find out her strengths and weaknesses, she just needs to join a team that makes her beautiful because she only has a few months to make clothes."
After moments of intense competition, contestant Truong Thanh Vy decided to join the team of designer Van Thanh Cong - Vu Viet Ha.
Next, contestant Huynh Tan Phat brought two entries: Ky lan lien xuan and Tinh tuoi mua nuoc len, which received a lot of praise from the advisory board and three choices from the mentor teams. Tan Phat chose to join the team of mentor Pham Si Toan - Huynh Bao Toan.
In particular, contestant Huynh Anh Kiet with the design Xoan dao trong gio was saved by the advisory board Luong Thuy Linh using a card because the designer duo Song Toan did not have time to raise the selection board.
Riding on the momentum, the mentor duo Song Toan brought home the following designs: Sau nam cheo - contestant Nguyen Hoang Sang, Bang dieu ba gang - contestant Huynh Thanh Hiep, Dem thu - contestant Tran Nhut Vinh.
Three mentor teams Van Thanh Cong - Vu Viet Ha, Pham Si Toan - Huynh Bao Toan, Nguyen Minh Cong - Tin Thai will accompany the contestants.
At the end of episode 1, the three mentor teams have successfully collected talented contestants and impressive designs.
