Not only "The Face Vietnam 2023" has discouraged viewers, but "Rap Viet season 3" has just aired (2 episodes have been aired) as well. On forums, viewers commented that "Rap Viet season 3" is "unstable" because there are many shortcomings in the contestant selection process as well as the objectivity in the rap music competition.

Coach Andree, when convincing contestant Le Huu Khuong to join his team, emphasized: "In my opinion, you still have many mistakes to fix, but the important thing is that you have looks. Nowadays, you only need looks to have 60% of the audience." Public opinion is also dissatisfied with the messages sent out from "Rap Viet season 3" such as if contestants want to get into the next round, they should pursue flex rap music (associated with the purpose of showing off their material or personal achievements).
