BTO - The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission (Term IV) has just held its 36th meeting. At this meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed and concluded the contents.
Specifically: Regarding the consideration and settlement of complaints about party discipline of the Party Secretary and Military Party Cell Secretary of Ham Kiem commune, Ham Thuan Nam district.
After reviewing the inspection results report, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee proposed: The Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee considers changing the disciplinary measure against the Party Secretary and the Military Party Cell Secretary of Ham Kiem Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District according to its authority. Request the Ham Thuan Nam District Party Committee's Standing Committee to direct the organization of an inspection on the consideration and request for the first issuance of land use right certificates for households and individuals whose names are on the list attached to Notice No. 68A/TB-UBND, dated December 24, 2015 of the Ham Kiem Commune People's Committee on public posting of the results of registration dossiers, issuance of land use right certificates, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land (a legally signed notice); administratively handle the Party Secretary and the Military Party Cell Secretary of Ham Kiem Commune, Ham Thuan Nam.
Regarding the results of the inspection of the implementation of Party discipline for the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Tanh Linh District Party Committee, and at the same time reviewing the results of the inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and discipline tasks within the Party for the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Tuy Phong District Party Committee. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: In addition to the basic advantages, Party organizations also have some limitations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, organization of the implementation of inspection, supervision and discipline tasks within the Party.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requests: The Standing Committee of Tuy Phong District Party Committee continues to direct and disseminate documents on inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline so that Party committees, Party organizations and Inspection Committees at all levels can grasp and implement regulations; inspect and supervise Party members who are cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; direct the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee to study and strictly implement information and propaganda on inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline in accordance with regulations and strengthen professional guidance on inspection and supervision for Party committees, the District Party Committee Office, Party committees at all levels, Party organizations and Inspection Committees at grassroots levels to properly implement regulations: notices of inspection and supervision conclusions must comply with regulations on time to overcome limitations and shortcomings to monitor implementation.
In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also requested the Tuy Phong District Party Committee's Inspection Committee to continue to perform the tasks of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement within the Party according to procedures and regulations; strengthen the situation grasp, survey and grasp information to promptly inspect Party organizations and Party members when there are signs of violations; proactively advise the Party Committee to perform the task of inspection and supervision according to Article 30, the Party Charter, programs and plans; advise the Party Committee to inspect and supervise Party organizations in conjunction with strengthening the inspection and supervision of Party members who are cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; carry out the work of keeping a diary of inspection and supervision teams, informing and propagating the work of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement according to regulations.
The Standing Committee of Tanh Linh District Party Committee strengthens political and ideological education for cadres and party members; thoroughly disseminates regulations on inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party and the Party's regulations, policies, and laws of the State, especially on the prevention and combat of corruption, waste, and negativity so that Party committees, party organizations, cadres, and party members in the Party Committee can grasp and implement them; leads and directs inspection and supervision work, thereby promptly detecting and preventing violations by cadres and party members; pays attention to transferring petitions and denunciations to competent agencies and organizations for settlement in accordance with regulations; implements and directs the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee and party organizations to fully implement the procedures for inspection and supervision work.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also requested the Tanh Linh District Party Committee's Inspection Committee to implement and pay attention to guiding grassroots Party committees and inspection committees to properly implement the procedures and regulations on inspection, supervision and settlement of petitions and denunciations against Party organizations and Party members; further strengthen inspection and supervision work to promptly detect and prevent violations by Party organizations and Party members.
