Agree on the preparation contents for the "Indonesia Meeting Conference"

On the afternoon of January 19, Mr. Le Huu Hoang - Standing Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the advance delegation to organize the "Meeting Indonesia Conference" led by Ms. Ance Maylany - Counselor in charge of Economics of the Indonesian Embassy in Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Dong Trung - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .

At the meeting, Ms. Ance Maylany and Mr. Nguyen Dong Trung discussed some specific contents to carefully prepare for the organization of the "Indonesia Meeting Conference" such as: Time and location of the sessions, bilateral and multilateral meetings of delegates; reception of delegates attending the conference; connection with businesses in the province; preparation of draft contents of the memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the parties; logistics for the conference...

Mr. Le Huu Hoang said that the "Meeting Indonesia Conference" scheduled to take place on March 21 and 22 in Nha Trang City is an important diplomatic event for promoting friendly cooperation between Vietnam and Indonesia in general and between Khanh Hoa province and Indonesian partners in particular. For the conference to be successful, he requested the Department of Foreign Affairs to complete the necessary procedures to lay the foundation for organizing the conference, and at the same time requested Ms. Ance Maylany to support Khanh Hoa province in coordinating with Indonesian partners to organize the conference. Mr. Le Huu Hoang also highly appreciated the initiative of the members of the advance delegation in preparing for the conference. Regarding the contents discussed by the advance delegation, Mr. Le Huu Hoang also fully agreed and assigned relevant departments and branches to implement them according to specific tasks within the framework of the conference.

Mr. Le Huu Hoang gave a gift to Ms. Ance Maylany during a business trip to Khanh Hoa province.

It is known that the "Meet Indonesia Conference" will have the participation of leaders and business community of Khanh Hoa province and 14 provinces and cities in the country; leaders of some ministries, sectors, businesses and the Indonesian Embassy in Vietnam. The conference will focus on main topics such as: High-tech agricultural cooperation and aquaculture development; digital economy and tourism cooperation; cooperation in renewable energy and high-tech development. In addition, delegates will also directly learn about the reality at some high-tech aquaculture areas in the province.
