On the morning of December 7, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council met with the heads of the delegation groups to unify the group discussion opinions, the opinions of the discussion statements and questions in the hall in the following sessions. Attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and comrades Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee.

Through 2 discussion sessions in the group, there were 126 opinions from delegates discussing and participating in reports, submissions, and draft resolutions submitted to the meeting.
The delegates highly appreciated the leadership, direction and drastic and effective management of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee since the beginning of the term; at the same time, they highly appreciated the content of the reports, submissions, draft resolutions submitted to the session and agreed with the comments and assessments of the Provincial People's Council committees. The majority of the delegates agreed and highly appreciated the results achieved in implementing the socio -economic development tasks in 2023, the main goals, tasks and solutions in 2024.
Some delegates pointed out some limitations, difficulties and obstacles that need to be overcome in the coming time; at the same time, proposed to supplement some solutions for socio-economic development in 2024. Focusing on the following areas: agriculture , rural areas; resources, environment; industry, construction, investment, finance, trade; culture - society; internal affairs, national defense, security...
2024 is a year of special importance, deciding the successful implementation of the tasks of the entire term, therefore, the delegates requested all levels, sectors and localities to continue to promote the achievements, make efforts and actively strive to make good use of potentials, opportunities and advantages; focus on directing the removal of difficulties to successfully implement 20 targets according to the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and 16 main targets in Resolution 35 of the Provincial People's Council on the goals, tasks and main solutions for socio-economic development in the 5 years of 2021 - 2025, as well as the socio-economic development tasks in 2024.

Along with that, in the group discussion sessions, the delegates proposed and recommended that the central government soon approve the provincial planning to create a legal corridor to effectively implement the province's socio-economic development tasks and soon approve the investment policy for the CT08 expressway project.
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the delegates who actively researched and contributed many quality opinions to the content of the reports, submissions, and draft resolutions submitted to the session as a basis for the Provincial People's Council to decide on issues, contributing to the success of the session. The comrades requested the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to receive, supplement, and classify the opinions and recommendations of the delegates to the right level of authority to report in the next sessions of the session.
