Mass recall of health protection product registration certificates

The Food Safety Department ( Ministry of Health ) said that the unit has just issued a document revoking the validity of the Certificate of Product Declaration Registration for 18 health protection food products announced by Abbott Healthcare Vietnam Company Limited.

These 18 products are all health supplements, advertised with the function of supporting increased brain circulation; improving liver function; enhancing resistance, reducing fatigue; supporting hair growth; enhancing physiology, as well as reducing the risk of joint pain and swelling due to gout...

At the same time, the Food Safety Department also revoked the validity of the Certificates of Advertising Content for 14 health protection food products (with a list attached to the Decision) of Abbott Healthcare Vietnam Company Limited.

On May 13, the Food Safety Department issued a decision to revoke the validity of the Certificate of Registration of Declaration and the validity of the Certificate of Confirmation of Advertising Content for the following products:

Revoke the validity of the Certificate of Acceptance of Product Declaration Registration for the product "Health protection food: V-ImuC", No. 9029/2020/DKSP dated September 17, 2020, issued to Viet Phat Investment, Trading and Consulting Joint Stock Company (address: No. 148B, Lane 1277 Giai Phong, Thinh Liet Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi City , Vietnam).

Revoke the validity of the Certificate of Acceptance of Product Declaration Registration for the product "Health protection food: Spray KD3 PRO", No. 5429/2021/DKSP dated June 16, 2021, issued to German Joint Venture Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (address: No. 7, Alley 23/20, Lane 23, Bo De Street, Bo De Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi City, Vietnam).

Revoke the validity of the Certificate of Registration of Product Declaration for the product "Health protection food: CINTINO 500", No. 598/2021/DKSP dated January 20, 2021, issued to Hypopharm Vietnam Joint Stock Company (address: LK13-07, Phu Luong New Urban Area, Phu La Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City, Vietnam).
