Accordingly, the 3 products include: Nakids medicinal shampoo to clean lice, box of 1 bottle of 100 ml, batch number 082024, production date August 26, 2024, expiration date August 25, 2027, by Quang Xanh Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics Company Limited (Hanh Lac village, Nhu Quynh town, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province) responsible for bringing the product to market and manufacturing, distributed by Dang Nhi Pharmaceutical Company Limited (Group 1B, Tan Lap ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province); Hoang Dang medicinal herbs, batch number 021224, expiry date December 1, 2025 at TTB Group International Pharmaceutical Company Limited located at lot CN4, Minh Lang Industrial Cluster, Minh Lang Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province) and Alfachim 4.2 Tablets (Chymotrypsin (equivalent to 21 microkatal chymotrypsin) 4200 IU), batch number 03010624, manufacturing date June 1, 2024, expiry date June 1, 2026 manufactured by Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.

The reason for recalling the Nakids Herbal Shampoo product is that the tested sample did not meet the quality standards for microbial limits. The product batch was produced after the expiration date of the cosmetic product declaration receipt number. The Hoang Dang herbal product did not meet the quality level 1. The Alfachim 4.2 tablet sample did not meet the quality standards for quantitative standards, violating level 2 and the company requested a voluntary recall.
