To celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels, since the beginning of 2025, the Trade Union of Phu Tho Matsuoka Co., Ltd. Therefore, the production emulation movements launched by the Trade Union Executive Committee such as "Good workers, creative workers"; promoting initiatives and technical improvements have brought about practical results, always enthusiastically participated by cadres, union members, and workers".

In the spirit of cadres, party members and people looking forward to the 1st Provincial Party Congress, these days, the enthusiastic emulation spirit of workers in production is always shown at Takao Granite Joint Stock Company, Hien Quan commune. Ms. Nguyen Thu Hang, a worker of the company, said: "With the spirit of safe, productive and quality production, workers at the production workshops are determined to work urgently and responsibly to produce beautiful products that meet standards to complete the export batch before the deadline. This is a practical and meaningful work to welcome the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the country's major holidays".

Since the beginning of 2025, trade unions at all levels in the province have proactively coordinated with the authorities and professional units at the same level to launch extensive emulation movements. In particular, the Provincial Labor Federation has launched emulation movements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and the Vietnam Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term, with the focus on promoting the effective implementation of the emulation movements "Good workers, Creative workers", "Higher productivity, better quality" for workers and laborers in the production and business sector; the emulation movement "Good advice, good service" for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the administrative and career sectors. The movements have attracted a large number of union members and laborers to participate.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Do Ngoc Anh said: “The Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation has issued a plan to launch a peak emulation campaign to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party, the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress with the theme "120 days of creativity, breakthroughs to successfully complete the goals and tasks of 2025" to create a climax to promote emulation activities to achieve achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, demonstrating the spirit, confidence and determination of cadres, union members and workers in the province. At the same time, it strongly arouses and spreads the spirit of patriotism, the aspiration to develop the country, affirms the pioneering and core role of the working class and the Trade Union organization in emulation in labor production, striving to complete and exceed the targets and tasks of socio-economic development in 2025. The emulation movements are close to the political tasks and practical conditions of each unit and enterprise; promote initiatives, contribute to increase labor productivity, save costs, improve production, business and work efficiency. Promote emulation movements in the non-state enterprise sector... These are specific and practical actions that the Trade Union staff and employees demonstrate their solidarity and responsibility to the Party."

In addition, agencies, units and enterprises have reward policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers who have excellently completed their tasks, have many good topics and initiatives with high applicability; at the same time, discover, foster and replicate advanced models, creating a strong and widespread influence for movements... Thereby, arousing pride in being dedicated, promoting creative thinking of workers, making an important contribution to the implementation of the socio -economic development tasks of the province.

Thanks to the promotion of emulation movements, more and more groups and individuals with typical models, good initiatives, and outstanding achievements have been recognized and rewarded at all levels. Since the beginning of the year, more than 3,200 initiatives have been recognized and applied in practice with a value of more than 42 billion VND; over 100 products and works have been recognized with a value of more than 372 million VND. These are the clear and practical results that workers, civil servants, and laborers in the province strive to achieve to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. With hard-working, skillful hands and creative, persistent working minds, civil servants, civil servants, and laborers of the Land of Ancestors have been creating many valuable achievements and works, contributing with the people of all walks of life to build an increasingly rich and civilized homeland.
