Speaking at the conference, Mr. Ho An Phong - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized that Vietnam possesses beautiful nature with diverse terrain such as mountains, rivers, seas and long plains.

In particular, Vietnam's history, culture and people are rich in identity. Ninh Binh is a very special destination in Vietnam with unique natural landscapes. After the merger, Ninh Binh province has expanded its development space with a new vision, creating a strong internal force for breakthroughs.

According to the Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, combining the natural beauty, history, culture and people of Vietnam with the quintessence of world cinema, including the Indian cinema industry, not only contributes to promoting the country's image but also promotes tourism development, increasing the number of international visitors to Vietnam.

Also at the conference, Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee - Mr. Tran Song Tung, said that in the development orientation of the province, tourism and cultural industry are identified as key economic clusters, taking cultural heritage and creative people as the center.

This is also one of the important pillars in the strategy to develop Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city, in the spirit of the Resolution of the 1st Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress.

To achieve that goal, Ninh Binh province is directing specialized agencies to research and build a dossier to submit to UNESCO to register the Tam Chuc complex and Van Long nature reserve as world heritage sites in the future. This is to expand the space for heritage conservation, thereby enhancing the position of Ninh Binh on the global tourism and heritage map.

At the conference, directors and film producers from India highly appreciated the natural landscape of Ninh Binh. They said that with reasonable costs and active support from the locality, this will be a favorable condition for implementing film projects in the future.

Indian directors and filmmakers also expressed their confidence that, with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and partners and localities, many Indian films will continue to be produced in Vietnam, following the success of the film Love in Vietnam which has been released.
