The WEF Davos 2024 Conference will take place from January 15-19, 2024 with the theme "Rebuilding Trust". Vietnam is one of 9 partners proposed by WEF to coordinate in organizing the National Strategy Dialogue with WEF and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh is one of 8 leaders of countries having a private dialogue with WEF. This demonstrates the interest, recognition and appreciation of WEF as well as multinational corporations for the role, international position, achievements and development vision of Vietnam.

The 2024 WEF Davos Conference is the largest since the COVID-19 pandemic, with the participation of the most leaders of countries and international organizations ever (nearly 100 senior leaders of countries and international organizations, about 3,000 leaders of global corporations and businesses).

The participation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Vietnamese delegation at the Conference is an important opportunity to grasp and take advantage of new opportunities and trends; share viewpoints and visions on global issues, affirm Vietnam's proactive, active participation and responsible contributions; widely inform about achievements and development orientations, thereby attracting maximum resources to serve the country's development; promote cooperation in areas of practical interest to Switzerland.
