The projects include the technical infrastructure of the South of Sao Viet Eco-tourism Area and the Residential Area of ​​the West of An Phu Submarine Nursing Center (land for social housing investment); the urban residential area adjacent to the North of Tran Phu Street (phase 1) (land for social housing investment); Ho Son regulating lake and surrounding infrastructure; the coastal road of Phu Yen province, the section connecting Tuy An district - Tuy Hoa city (phase 1), An Phu commune; the land for the Phu Yen Province Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital Project.

Up to now, among the above projects, there are projects stuck with site clearance, projects that have not completed the inventory and ownership work, and projects that are in the process of creating cadastral maps as a basis for marking site clearance... According to the expected plan, from now until the end of June, the city must resolve all remaining problems.

Also during the field trip, Tuy Hoa City inspected the implementation of the Pilot Project for Sports and Entertainment Activities on the Sea. Accordingly, along the Tuy Hoa coast, 7 bidding packages are being implemented for companies to open food and beverage services, sports entertainment, and souvenir sales... The winning bidders have completed their financial obligations to the budget according to the signed contract and built basic infrastructure as required. However, the units implementing business services with sea sports activities are not synchronized according to the requirements in the contract; the sales kiosks are still makeshift, not properly invested to ensure the aesthetics of the entire sea area...
