It is known that overseas Vietnamese children living in Cambodia will be taught according to the textbook program of the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training . In parallel with this program, the school also organizes Khmer language teaching for the children, to support students to better integrate into the community. Most of the circumstances here are mostly difficult lives.

The total value of the project is over 600 million VND, including: 273 gifts at Tan Tien Primary School with a total value of 330,330,000 VND, 148 gifts at Classroom Kilometer 16 with 187,368,000 VND, 70 gifts for children of Association officials with a cost of 103,600,000 VND, 5 gifts for 5 families and teachers in difficult circumstances with a total value of 26,430,000 VND.

The program was jointly organized by Miss Thuy Tien's volunteer group, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the Khmer-Vietnam Association in Cambodia (KVA), and the Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia.

Just like her previous charity work, Miss Thuy Tien always appeared simple and neat. This time, she chose simple outfits but still imbued with the beauty of Vietnamese people such as conical hats and red flag shirts with yellow stars. It can be seen that despite her busy schedule, Thuy Tien always takes the opportunity to promote Vietnamese culture and people everywhere through small and delicate actions.

The beauty queen also had the opportunity to visit the Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Monument in the capital Phnom Penh. This monument is near the Cambodian Royal Palace, built to commemorate the Vietnam-Cambodia alliance. This monument is also located near the residence of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen.

According to Mr. Sim Chy, President of the Khmer-Vietnamese Association in Cambodia: "I am very happy and excited, this is the first time the Khmer-Vietnamese Association in Cambodia has welcomed Miss Grand International to visit and give gifts to children of Vietnamese origin in Cambodia, it is an honor and joy for the people here".

"Tien is really happy that she and her team were able to carry out this meaningful project. This is a project that she has cherished for a long time and is very lucky to have the support of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. Along with that, she was moved when listening to the sharing of difficulties and hardships of Vietnamese people and children living, working and studying in Cambodia.

Tien hopes that with her small gifts, she can help motivate the children to study and have a happy and peaceful Tet with their families," Thuy Tien shared.
