He continued to affirm that he had not received the amount of 20,000 USD as he had affirmed in his complaint to FIFA - with the result that FIFA required HAGL Club to pay 29,000 USD to this player if they wanted to remove the indefinite transfer ban on a global scale.

It is known that after the meeting on October 10, Martin Dzilah continued to stay in Pleiku City, joining a street football team in the mountain town to cover living expenses.

It is known that at this time HAGL Club is receiving a global transfer ban from FIFA, which will only be lifted if FIFA receives confirmation from Martin Dzilah that he has received the full 29,000 USD from the mountain town team.
