Hue City Women's Union received 600 million VND from the Revolving Fund from the Project "Hue - Plastic-reducing City in Central Vietnam" Hue City

At the ceremony, the Hue City Women's Union received a Revolving Fund to support the development of livelihoods for women working in the collection and recycling of scrap with an amount of 600 million VND from the project "Hue - Plastic-reducing urban area in Central Vietnam" Hue City.

The revolving fund to support livelihood development is implemented with the aim of helping members and disadvantaged women who are working in the scrap collection and recycling industry to have more capital for production, business, and family economic development; improve labor safety and hygiene conditions, protect the environment, access health and education services, social security, start-ups, and expand production and business in a sustainable manner.
On this occasion, the Hue City Women's Union deployed and provided guidance on fund operation methods for key union officials in wards and communes, ensuring the revolving fund is used for the right purposes, right subjects and effectively.
