According to the report, the provincial THADS has urgently completed regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure of each regional Department, ensuring unified and effective operations after the merger.

In 2025, the THADS work in the province was carried out in the context of a large workload and many complicated cases, but the whole industry made efforts to achieve many positive results.

The whole province has 65,889 cases to be executed, an increase of more than 2,800 cases compared to 2024. Of which, the number of cases with conditions for execution is 38,167, reaching 58.66%; 28,736 cases have been completed, reaching 75.36%.

Regarding money, the total amount to be executed is 28,790 billion VND, with conditions for execution of 16,275 billion VND, reaching 56.81%, an increase of more than 30% over the previous year.

Head of the Provincial THADS Bui Phu Hung reported some contents to the working delegation.

Regarding credit and banking cases, the whole province has 2,503 cases with 3,580 billion VND, of which 232 cases have been resolved, equivalent to 13.35% of cases and 13.11% of money.

Regarding corruption and economic cases alone, 39 cases have been executed, recovering more than 52 billion VND out of a total of 119 cases.

The asset auction work achieved many positive changes with 176 successful cases, an increase of more than 34% compared to 2024; the total auction value reached 449.6 billion VND, the rate of asset delivery to auction winners reached 73.2%.

In addition to the achieved results, the work of THADS still faces many difficulties, especially complicated and prolonged cases related to large enterprises; Some assets after auction cannot be handed over due to complaints, denunciations or objections from the parties.

In 2026, the provincial THADS has set the goal of comprehensively completing assigned targets, focusing on four key groups of tasks: Strengthening direction and organization of execution of judgments on credit, banking, economic, corruption and long-standing cases. Improving the professional capacity of enforcement officers; promoting the application of information technology in file management, statistics and reporting. Strengthening inspection, supervision, and settlement of complaints and denunciations to ensure compliance with legal regulations. Continuing to improve the organization and apparatus, arranging and rotating cadres appropriately; at the same time, recommending the Provincial People's Committee to support working facilities.
