Although the epidemic situation has been controlled, the provincial health sector still maintains the work of monitoring and preventing the COVID-19 epidemic according to the direction of the Ministry of Health and the provincial Department of Health; at the same time, calling on people not to be subjective or negligent in epidemic prevention work, and to continue to strictly implement disease prevention measures to protect the health of themselves, their families and the community.

Dr. Duong Anh Dung, Head of the Department of Infectious Disease Prevention, Provincial Center for Disease Control recommends: People continue to wear masks in public places, especially in closed or crowded spaces; regularly wash hands with soap or antiseptic solution; keep a safe distance when in contact with others; get fully and timely COVID-19 vaccination; increase physical activity, physical training and proper nutrition to improve physical condition; when having suspicious symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, go to a medical facility for timely examination and consultation.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned of the possibility of new variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus emerging, which could complicate and increase the COVID-19 pandemic again. In Vietnam, since the beginning of 2025, there have been 148 sporadic cases of COVID-19 recorded in 27 provinces and cities, with no deaths.
