The Subcommittee for Propaganda and Service of the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, held its first session.

(Baoquangngai.vn)- Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh emphasized that the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, is of special importance. This is the first congress after the merger of the two provinces, marking a new beginning.

On the morning of August 13, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Subcommittee for Propaganda and Service of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, Dinh Thi Hong Minh chaired the first meeting of the subcommittee. Attending the meeting were Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Y Ngoc and members of the subcommittee.

To carry out the assigned tasks, the Congress Propaganda and Service Subcommittee advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee to complete the subcommittee, establish a support team, a citizen reception team; issue working regulations, assign tasks to members; and develop a work plan for the subcommittee.

The subcommittee established specialized teams to undertake the following tasks: Reception, logistics, propaganda and security and order. The subcommittee has drawn up a list of delegates invited to attend the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Survey and understand the health status of 4 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers to invite them to the congress. Develop a detailed plan for arranging accommodation, meals, and transportation for delegates to attend the congress.

The Provincial Party Committee Office coordinated with the event organizer to design, plan the decoration, and visually promote locations in the province and decorate the hall and surrounding areas where the congress took place. The Provincial Party Committee Office also evaluated and proposed the arrangement of the hall for 16 discussion groups within the framework of the congress.

Make a specific plan to assign tasks to officials and civil servants of relevant agencies, mobilize union members, youth and civil servants of provincial departments, branches and sectors to participate in serving throughout the time before, during and after the congress.

Agencies, units, and each member of the subcommittees must uphold a sense of responsibility in performing their assigned duties and tasks. Based on the general plan of the subcommittee, each member, based on the assigned fields and tasks, will develop a detailed plan for each group of tasks, in order to direct and effectively implement them. The assigned tasks must be implemented on schedule and completed before August 30, 2025.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that there is not much time left until the congress, so preparations and assigned tasks must be urgently implemented to ensure the set timelines. During the implementation process, it is necessary to carefully review the work contents and ensure quality.

The Provincial Party Committee Office needs to coordinate with relevant units to perform well the reception and celebration work. It is necessary to promote propaganda about the province's achievements, creating an exciting atmosphere among the people. Strengthen the handling of petitions, complaints and denunciations; ensure security and order. All problems need to be resolved before the congress takes place.
