Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat is the largest ward and has the largest proportion of ethnic minorities among the wards named Da Lat. Since its operation, the Public Administration Service Center of the ward has received a large number of people and businesses coming to carry out administrative procedures. All administrative procedures are resolved quickly and accurately, reducing inconvenience, saving time and costs for people, organizations and businesses. Specifically, the center has received 1,220 records on 30 administrative procedures in 8 fields. Of which, 1,072 records were processed online, 148 records were submitted directly; 1,009 records were resolved before the deadline, 35 records were late, 61 records were canceled, 148 records were returned, 37 records were suspended, and 1 record was waiting for additional information.

The team of cadres and civil servants are trained and fostered in professional skills, communication skills and public ethics to best meet the requirements of people and businesses in the context of digital transformation and integration.
Bringing the government closer to the people
Not only receiving and processing administrative records, Lang Biang Ward Public Administration Service Center - Da Lat is also a place to advise, support and guide people to access online public services, gradually transforming from traditional service forms to modern digital environments. The Center maintains a Digital Technology Team with the main force being union members and youth who are always present to be ready to support and guide people to apply digital platforms when coming to resolve administrative procedures.
In addition, the Center established a mobile team to handle administrative procedures in residential areas. With the support of the mobile team to change the birth certificate for her child, Ms. Ro Ong K'Ben in Pang Tieng residential group (where many ethnic minorities live) said that before, she and her husband had gone to work but could not do it. "People here still have difficult lives, sometimes the administrative procedures are simple but it takes time to travel. Today, the ward officials came to handle the work quite quickly, and for anything that could not be resolved, they gave me a full appointment letter, I am very happy", Ms. K'Ben expressed.
The activities of the Lang Biang Ward Public Administration Service Center - Da Lat have contributed to bringing the government closer to the people, gradually affirming the clear effectiveness of the "service government" model. Thereby, creating people's trust in the leadership of the Party, the management of the State, spreading the spirit of solidarity and consensus in the community.
