Looking for a model of training qualified technical workers

In order to concretize the spirit of the draft document of the 14th Party Congress on "developing a number of vocational training institutions, training sectors and occupations to reach the level equivalent to the region and the world", Tuoi Tre newspaper organized a discussion "High-quality vocational training - Breakthrough in human resources in the new period" tomorrow, November 11 in Ho Chi Minh City.

In the context of Vietnam's strong transformation in the process of industrialization, modernization and deep integration into the global economy , the need for high-quality technical human resources is more urgent than ever.

Many occupations are changing rapidly under the impact of technology, automation, green transformation and digital transformation, requiring the vocational education system to strongly innovate in training content, methods and approaches.

The seminar, hosted by Tuoi Tre newspaper, is a forum for managers, experts, vocational schools and businesses to discuss and evaluate the current situation and challenges, as well as seek effective models in training a technical workforce with qualifications, professional skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.

In addition, delegates will discuss policies, regional linkage mechanisms, public-private cooperation and how to take advantage of international cooperation to create breakthroughs in developing high-quality human resources.
