Body of missing man found on Hien Luong River

At 8:30 p.m. on November 27, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 3 (under the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police) received a report from Van Ninh Commune Police that a person was missing in the area of ​​the railway bridge and Hien Luong River while fishing. At the scene, the authorities discovered a motorbike and fishing tools on the shore; contacting some witnesses said that this person had been fishing in the area since the morning of November 27.

Authorities brought the victim's body ashore.

The victim's fishing net and shoes were found on the bank of Hien Luong River.

On the night of November 27, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 3 mobilized vehicles and 8 officers and soldiers to the above area to search for the victim. Due to bad weather, after a few hours of searching, at nearly 0:00 on November 28, the working group retrieved the vehicle and temporarily left the scene. On the morning of November 28, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 3 continued to go to the scene to search for the victim.

After many hours of searching, at nearly 10:00 a.m. on November 28, the working group of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Region 3 found the victim. That was Mr. Truong Q. (born in 1977, residing in Hien Luong village, Van Ninh commune).

The authorities have handed over the victim to his family for funeral arrangements.
