In some special cases, securities companies, investment funds or foreign financial institutions may be allowed to open additional accounts corresponding to the assigned transaction code number.

Indirect investment accounts will be used to carry out transactions such as: buying and selling securities on the Vietnamese market, receiving dividends, investment profits, contributing capital, buying shares, transferring money abroad and other arising expenses.

LPBank is about to spend nearly 7,500 billion VND to pay dividends

Loc Phat Commercial Joint Stock Bank LPBank (LPB) has announced that it will close the shareholder list on May 20 to pay cash dividends in 2024. Accordingly, the ex-dividend date is May 19.

With a payout ratio of 25% (equivalent to 2,500 VND per share), LPBank said it will make full payment on May 28.
