Currently, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over the handover of this land area on file and in the field. The Dak R'lap District People's Committee is responsible for managing and arranging the use of more than 100 hectares of land returned by TKV in accordance with the planning and regulations.
