The assessment is conducted periodically to confirm the suitability and effectiveness of the TMP Quality Management System currently in use. The assessment team reviewed the processes, regulations, records, and internal control methods, and noted the appropriate points and proposed to correct non-conformities and improve noted points to enhance the operational efficiency of the system.
Maintaining and continuously improving the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standard demonstrates TMP's commitment to providing stable services, meeting the requirements of customers and stakeholders, while ensuring production and business activities are strictly controlled and professional.
At the end of the assessment, the expert team highly appreciated TMP’s efforts in effectively applying the ISO 9001:2015 system, and at the same time recommended continuing to maintain and promote continuous improvement activities. This is the basis for TMP to not only operate stably, but also improve its competitiveness in the context of the energy industry transforming towards sustainable, efficient and modern development.
