Organizing the 80th anniversary celebration of the Cultural Sector's Traditional Day

Looking back at the achievements, marks and outstanding results of the entire cultural sector over the past 80 years to gain a deeper, more complete and comprehensive understanding of the important role and position of culture in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, as well as in realizing the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country in the new era, the era of national growth.

Create a broad political movement, encourage, motivate, and arouse the confidence and pride of the teams of cultural workers nationwide to unite in mind, strength, and heart to implement more drastically and creatively in carrying out political tasks to bring the cause of developing culture, information, sports and tourism to new heights, achieve even greater results, and make worthy contributions to the implementation of the goal of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam as determined by the Party, State and people.

The celebration was organized solemnly, impressively, with pervasive power, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, contributing to consolidating and fostering people's trust in the Party and the positive and clear changes in the emulation to carry out political and professional tasks of the Culture sector, agencies and units. Regarding propaganda content: The ideology, viewpoints and guidelines of President Ho Chi Minh and the Communist Party of Vietnam on the position and role of culture, information, sports and tourism in the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and nation.

In particular, focus on propaganda to clarify and deepen the arguments on building a Vietnamese culture of "National, scientific and popular" in the "Outline on Vietnamese Culture" in 1943 to the system of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Party in the renovation period on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country, especially the new and breakthrough viewpoints established in the Political Report of the Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for the 2025-2030 term and the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of Delegates of the Party.

Thereby conveying a message that is comprehensive and consistent in the motto of the entire industry: "Culture is the foundation - Information is the conduit - Sports is the strength - Tourism is the connecting bridge".

Outstanding achievements and results in building and developing Vietnamese culture and people over the past 80 years and after nearly 40 years of implementing the country's renovation policy under the leadership of the Party; especially the outstanding achievements and marks in the 2020-2025 period, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

Issues arising in the work of culture, information, sports and tourism in the coming time; recommendations, proposals for tasks and solutions to strongly arouse the spirit of patriotism, the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country of the entire nation; building Vietnamese people in the period of innovation, development and integration with appropriate standard values; developing cultural fields, cultural environment, cultural life; building a digital cultural environment in the digital economy and digital citizens; building the Party and the political system in culture and ethics; building and fostering a team of cultural cadres who are increasingly specialized, elite and modern.

The initial results of the implementation of the construction of the “National value system, cultural value system, family value system and Vietnamese human standards in the new era” in recent years have contributed to the successful implementation of the goal of comprehensive human development and the construction of an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
