At the Seminar, there were 14 presentations from agencies and units focusing on clarifying the current status of the development and implementation of Regulation No. 144 of the Politburo , Plan 403 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to implement Regulation No. 144; proposing many tasks and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of implementing revolutionary ethical standards of the city's cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees.
